Overview
- Up to 12-month Warranty: The standard warranty period begins from the invoice date and covers shipping, return shipping, and repair duration.
- Extended Warranty: Customers can opt for an additional 12-month extended warranty with the same coverage as the standard warranty.
- Our coverage includes all items sold by us, with the exception of accessories and batteries.
Warranty Coverage
- eGadgetsdeal provides coverage for purchases according to the specified warranty terms.
- Our products are warranted to operate in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications from the date of the invoice.
- Warranty covers repair to restore products to manufacturer operational standards.
Making a Claim
- Fill out the Warranty Form and email it to us along with photos or videos of the issue.
- We will attempt to resolve the situation and inform you accordingly.
Return steps
- Pack the product securely, without taping the retail box.
- Attach the Warranty Form inside or outside the box and notify us via email with proof of shipment.
- Upon receipt, we'll confirm and take care of your product(s).
Repair duration
- Upon receiving your device, it will be sent to our suppliers for investigation and repair processing. Typically, this process takes 6-8 weeks.
- In certain circumstances, it may exceed the estimated timeframe. Rest assured, we will maintain communication with you via email throughout the process.
Replacement Policy
- We may replace products if repair costs are uneconomical or parts are unavailable.
- Replacement products will be of equal or greater value.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please note that any additional charges may apply for items not returned in original condition.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Certain items like batteries and non-electronic products are not covered.

Warranty Exclusions:
- Normal Wear and Tear
- Damage from External Forces: Includes impact, shock, fall, sand, dust, dirt, dampness, leaking batteries, fire, theft, attempted theft, vandalism, acts of war or terrorism, corrosion, water contamination or frost, flooding winds, earthquakes, lightning, or adverse weather conditions.
- Accidental or Malicious Damage
- Exposure to Environmental Factors: Moisture, dampness, or extreme thermal conditions.
- Improper Usage, Storage, or Handling
- Incorrect or Irregular Voltage Supply
- Breach of Warranty Terms and Conditions
- Failure to Follow Instructions: Provided by us or the manufacturer.
- Negligence: Excluding our representatives' actions.
- Use of Unauthorised Parts or Modifications
- Tampering: Including removal or damage to the product serial number.
- Unapproved Accessories or Software
- External Causes: Accidents, fire disasters, or burglaries.
- Unauthorised Repairs or Cleaning
- Compatibility Issues: With non-contract hardware or software.
- Data Loss or Damage
- Non-Approved Network Usage
- Failure to Install Software Updates
- Improper Use: Including use not intended by design.
- Specific Exclusions for Display Screens, Lenses, and Liquid Damage
- While returning items, if damage occurs due to improper packaging during transportation to the service center or service agent.
Special Notes:
- Action Cameras, Casings, Bags, and Mobile Phones: Exceeding recommended limits voids warranty.
- Remote Control Toys: Exclusions for crash or burning, electromagnetic interference, exceeding weight limits, or defective batteries
- Please note that our warranty strictly covers the purchased item alone, and we hold no liability for defects or damages incurred on any other associated items
