What payment methods do you accept?

Do I need to pay any hidden cost to receiving my item, such as VAT or duty fee?

Absolutely not! The prices listed on our listings are final prices, inclusive of VAT. There will be no additional charges when you receive your parcel. Additionally, since all our items are shipped from our local warehouse in the UK, there won't be any duty fees charged.

 

Do you offer in-person pickup?

How can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Email us your Order ID, new address, and reason for change. We'll try to notify the courier, but we can't guarantee it.

How long does it take to deliver my products?

Our Standard delivery time is 6-8 working days. If you require your items sooner, you have the option to select our expedited delivery service for an additional charge of £20. This will shorten the delivery period to 4-6 business days.
