How to process the 30-day return guarantee?
We offer a 30-day return guarantee for all eligible items. To initiate a return, ensure you have proof of purchase such as a store receipt or confirmation email. Please make sure that the item, along with any accompanying free items, meets the following criteria:

A refund or an exchange will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or the resolution of claims.
We guarantee that all our products are brand new and come in their original packaging. In the event that you receive an item that is defective(DOA), or the wrong model/product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If the device is abnormal or unusable within 30 days from the delivery date, our exchange policy also falls under our 30-Day Return Policy. Please refer to the time frame outlined in 'How to Process the 30-Day Return Guarantee?' for more information.

The '30-Day Return Guarantee' does not cover damages resulting from abnormal usage. If the item has been subjected to abnormal usage by the customer, this situation does not fall under our '30-Day Return Policy'. Wrong or DOA Items
Email us within 48 hours of taking delivery of your product and request a return under this policy. We will provide you with specific instructions on how to proceed with returning the goods back to us, and you may be eligible for a full refund if the following conditions are met:
Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories. The product must be returned to us within 14 business days of your request to return your product.
After we acknowledge your request, we will provide a shipping label for you to arrange the return package.
However, if your item does not meet the aforementioned conditions, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your final refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will either replace the goods free of charge or refund you the price of the goods as required. Simply return the goods to us with proof of purchase:
