How to process the 30-day return guarantee?

We offer a 30-day return guarantee for all eligible items. To initiate a return, ensure you have proof of purchase such as a store receipt or confirmation email. Please make sure that the item, along with any accompanying free items, meets the following criteria:

  • Unused, with any tags still attached
  • In original packaging
  • In a resalable condition

Get an exchange or a refund?

A refund or an exchange will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or the resolution of claims. 

We guarantee that all our products are brand new and come in their original packaging. In the event that you receive an item that is defective(DOA), or the wrong model/product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If the device is abnormal or unusable within 30 days from the delivery date, our exchange policy also falls under our 30-Day Return Policy. Please refer to the time frame outlined in 'How to Process the 30-Day Return Guarantee?' for more information.

*Please be aware:

  • The delivery time is determined by the tracking status of the proof of delivery.
  • The '30-Day Return Guarantee' does not cover damages resulting from abnormal usage. If the item has been subjected to abnormal usage by the customer, this situation does not fall under our '30-Day Return Policy'. For more information about abnormal usage, please refer to the Warranty page - Warranty Exclusions.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. eGadgestdeal reserves the right to approve an exchange or a refund.

 

Wrong or DOA Items

Email us within 48 hours of taking delivery of your product and request a return under this policy. We will provide you with specific instructions on how to proceed with returning the goods back to us, and you may be eligible for a full refund if the following conditions are met:

  • Items that do not work straight out of the box (DOA).
  • Items that were not the item that you ordered (Wrong items).
  • The items that were returned are confirmed to be DOA or the wrong item after our inspection.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories. The product must be returned to us within 14 business days of your request to return your product.

After we acknowledge your request, we will provide a shipping label for you to arrange the return package.

However, if your item does not meet the aforementioned conditions, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your final refund amount.

 

Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will either replace the goods free of charge or refund you the price of the goods as required. Simply return the goods to us with proof of purchase:

  • 30-Day Return Policy:Within 30 days of purchase or delivery, you may return a faulty product for an exchange or refund.
  • Product Guarantee Period: Within the product’s guarantee period (normally 12 months from purchase or delivery), we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases, we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
  • Return Process: Please contact us to arrange your return. To expedite the process, please provide us with proof of purchase.

*We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

 

Changed Your Mind?

eGadgetsdeal provide a 30-day return guarantee. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days. Please refer to the 'How to process the 30-day return guarantee?'.

We offer two options if you change your mind: refund your purchase or exchange the goods.

To initiate a return, ensure you have the following:

  • Contact us with proof of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Any complimentary items included with your purchase must also be unused and in resalable condition.

A few important points to consider:

  • Excessive handling of the item or packaging may result in a reduction of the refund amount.
  • Return shipping fees will only be covered for faulty goods or incorrect items.
  • During the returns process, we may request the product serial number or similar information to verify the item's origin.
  • Your consumer rights remain unaffected by these policies.

*Return parcels must be sent to the destined return address. eGadgetsdeal will not be responsible for parcels that are sent to addresses other than our destined return address.

  • Excessive handling of the item or packaging may result in a reduction of the refund amount.
  • We may request the product serial number or similar information to verify that the item was supplied by us.
  • We are not liable for any physical damage or loss of your parcel during the return shipment.
  • Issues related to external networks (e.g., SIM card, availability, coverage, service, range, etc.) for mobile phones and tablets are not covered under eGadgetsdeal's Faulty or DOA Return & Refund Policy.
  • Problems caused by firmware, software, or modifications to the operating system such as rooting and jailbreaking are not covered by eGadgetsdeal ’s Faulty or DOA Return & Refund Policy.
  • For purchases that are returned due to change of mind and items not as expected, customers will be responsible for the transportation fee.
  • Your consumer rights remain unaffected by these policies.

  • What constitutes a valid proof of purchase?
    Accepted forms include confirmation email, e-receipt, or order number.
    If you can’t find one of the above, don’t worry. We can still assist you if you possess: your card/bank statement or the email address associated with your item purchase.

  • What is the expected timeframe for processing my refund?
    All refunds will be processed within 14 days.
