Enjoy Free Shipping to the United Kingdom when you shop with eGadgetsdeal. The standard shipping is free for all shipments within the United Kingdom (excluding UK overseas territories).

If you require your items sooner, you have the option to select our expedited delivery service for an additional charge of £20. This will shorten the delivery period to 4-6 business days. Please be aware that expedited orders are dependent on availability and stock.

Insurance Shipment

For Insured Shipping and Rush Order, eGadgetsdeal will cover physical loss or damage to the goods by the courier up to the product value. Customers may receive either a replacement or a refund of the product price.

 To qualify for a replacement or refund in case of suspected loss, the following conditions must be met:

  • Customers must notify eGadgetsdeal within 48 hours after receiving a damaged package.
  • The claim must be made within 10 calendar days after the tracking number has been sent by email or the ticket system.
  • Photographic evidence is required, including images of the packaging (inside and outside), courier packaging, bubble wrap, and the product.
  • Written confirmation of loss or damage by the courier or another related party.

*If the claim is made after 10 calendar days, we cannot guarantee that the courier will accept the investigation.

To process a claim with the logistics carrier, we require your personal information, including your full name, complete shipping address, and phone number. If any additional information is necessary, we will contact you directly via email. It's important to note that these steps are only taken during the processing of a claim with the carrier, and your personal information will solely be used for the purpose of the claim.

 

Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by courier companies. eGadgetsdeal is not liable for delays caused by couriers, information errors, order changes, or adverse weather conditions.
  • Delivery during peak seasons like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas may take an extra 1-3 business days.

 

Delivery Dispute

In the event of a disputed delivery, such as a missing item or parcel loss, please contact us with proof of purchase and allow 5 working days for us to investigate. During this time, depending on the type of dispute, we will conduct investigations with our dispatch location(s) and the courier. Customers may be asked to provide proof of signature and will be required to complete a declaration confirming non-receipt of their order. Failure to provide proof of signature and/or the declaration as soon as possible may result in a longer delay in the investigation, extending beyond 5 working days. If your order is misplaced during delivery, we will also conduct a thorough investigation to locate the package and resolve the issue promptly.

 

Courier Liability

  • For Free Shipping orders, the courier covers physical loss or damage during transport up to a specified maximum liability. eGadgetsdeal assumes no liability for delays after delivery but strives to ensure shipments arrive in good condition and on time.
  • For DOA dispute, if the product is damaged by physical impact, customers must notify eGadgetsdeal within 48 hours of receiving a damaged package, or the claim will be rejected by the courier due to expiration.

Third-party logistics providers may temporarily suspend delivery services due to uncontrollable factors such as strikes, manpower shortages, regulatory policies, or adverse weather conditions, etc. In such cases, we will promptly switch to another logistics provider to ensure that your parcel is delivered within the scheduled time frame. If the parcel cannot be delivered by the latest scheduled time, we will refund the additional £20 paid for the Rush Order service. Please note that the above information will be subject to announcements from the third-party logistics provider, and you will be notified via email accordingly.

 

Shipping Restrictions

  • eGadgetsdeal does not deliver to post office boxes, hotels/motels, or cargo depots.
  • Shipment timeframes are in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Weekend orders are processed on the next working day.
  • Please note that insurance coverage applies only to the first shipment. In the case of re-shipping, insurance cannot be applied to the resending order.
